Today we will have much less wind than yesterday and with temperatures in the upper 30s it will not feel as harsh as yesterday. Tonight temperatures will not be that bad for people outside watching the ball drop with readings at midnight around 32 degrees, a little above normal but about 10-15 degrees colder than last New Year’s Eve. On New Year’s Day which is tomorrow, temperatures will be a little milder with highs in the lower 40s.
Dry and the coldest air of the season so far Wednesday through Friday with lows in the teens and highs no quite hitting the 30 degree mark. Slowly moderating temperatures for next weekend and at this point no big winter storms are on the horizon.

Sunday – Mostly sunny, high in the mid to upper 30s.

Outlook: – Conditions near advisory levels on Tuesday and again on Friday.
