After rather miserable weather yesterday with plenty of clouds and persistent light rain and drizzle we will have slow improvement today as most of the rain has moved offshore and although there will be considerable cloudiness we still may see the sun by this afternoon with near seasonable temperatures in the 40s.
Monday will be a very pleasant late February day with plenty of sunshine and continued high temperatures in the 40s.
More rain will be developing by Tuesday night and continue into Wednesday morning, there may be some icing in the higher elevations of far northwest New Jersey and the Poconos but most areas will be just plain rain. Mild during the day Wednesday with highs rising to around 50 or even the lower 50s.
Plenty of clouds with a chance of showers Thursday and Friday with highs in the seasonable 40s.
Still plenty of clouds into next weekend with a little cooler temperatures.

Saturday – Mostly cloudy, high in the low 40s.
Marine Forecast: Small craft advisory through late tonight, north winds becoming northwest today gusting to 25 knots, seas up to 6 feet.
Outlook – Winds and seas fall below advisory levels on Monday but will likely be needed by Tuesday afternoon and last through at least Wednesday night.
