Skies are partly cloudy early on this Thursday morning and once again it is unseasonably mild with readings ranging from 63 in Clifton down to 50 at Walpack and Pequest. Winds are calm or light westerly. The air quality is moderate with an index of 53.

A cold front is passing through our area this morning and it will be followed by a brisk northwesterly flow of air. High temperatures will be a little cooler today but still be unseasonably mild. Also it will become less humid by this afternoon.

Another sunny and mild day on Friday but another cold front will come through at night.

More seasonable temperatures this weekend. Saturday will be dry and mostly sunny but we should see an increase in clouds on Sunday with well needed rain likely Sunday night.

High pressure will then build into the area on Monday and dominate our weather through Wednesday. High temperatures will be a little above normal on Monday then near normal for Tuesday and Wednesday.

A south-southwest flow from high pressure offshore will give us unseasonably warm air today and it will be rather humid. High temperatures will approach 80 degrees and the dew points will be near 60. Record highs will be likely.

A cold front will come through dry early Thursday morning followed by much less humid air but it will still be warm with highs mainly in the 70s.

Friday will be a sunny and mild day, another cold front will come through dry at night.

Cooler on the weekend, Saturday should be sunny but a frontal system will give us more clouds on Sunday with a chance of showers. Showers will be likely at night.

Still a low chance of showers on Veterans Day followed by dry weather for Tuesday. Temperatures will be above normal.

High pressure is moving off the coast and a southwest flow of much warmer air is moving into our area. Skies will be mostly cloudy this morning then becoming mostly sunny in the afternoon. High temperatures will be in the 70s, also it will feel a little humid with dew points near 60.

Record high temperatures are likely on Wednesday ahead of a weak cold front that will come through at night. High temperatures will be near 80 and again it will be a little muggy.

Dry and cooler Thursday through Saturday as high pressure builds from the west however temperatures will still be above normal.

A complex frontal system will likely give us some rainfall mainly Sunday night into Monday.

Our dry period of no measurable rain has now reached 35 days with no rain is expected the next several days as our drought continues.

A strong high pressure is over our area today and will be moving slowly off the coast. We will have a mixture of clouds and sun today with high temperatures a couple of degrees higher than yesterday. Winds will be light.

A warm front is expected to pass to our north and east early Tuesday morning followed by a southwest flow of much warmer air as highs reach the low 70s.

Even warmer on Wednesday with high temperatures approaching the 80 degree mark with record highs likely.

A weak cold front will come through dry late Wednesday night. High pressure will then build into our area for Thursday and should dominate our weather through Saturday. Temperatures will be cooler but still above normal.

There is a chance of some rainfall on Sunday as a frontal system approaches the area.

High pressure over the northeast will give us mostly sunny with seasonably cool temperatures today and again on Monday.

The high pressure will then move off the Carolina coast and we will have a southwesterly flow of unseasonably mild air once again for Tuesday and Wednesday with highs both days well up into the 70s to even near 80 degrees on Wednesday. A weak cold front will come through Wednesday night with only a slight chance of a passing shower.

Cooler Thursday through the start of the weekend however temperatures will still be above normal. No rain is expected as our record dry spell should continue.
