Continued dry and somewhat colder on Wednesday. With no precipitation expected through the next several days we are on track to have the driest January on record. So far only .48″ of precipitation as our drought conditions continue.

Arctic high pressure will be over us today providing our area with sunny skies and again very cold temperatures with highs similar to yesterday only rising to near 20 degrees. Again winds will be light.

Not as frigid but still well below normal temperatures Thursday and Friday, both days will be sunny with continued light winds.

Dry weather looks to continue over the weekend. Temperatures on Saturday will continue to be below normal then rise to near normal readings on Sunday.

Our dry weather to continue early next week with near normal temperatures.

Note: Record snowfall occurred along the Gulf coast from Houston Texas to the Florida panhandle yesterday.
